Becoming House Mom.

I'll admit, coming into motherhood, I was immature and knew little to nothing about babies. It's been a little over a year since Gage was born and it's safe to say that we're growing together. I learn from him and it makes me a better mother, in my opinion. I do read baby books and the like, but there's nothing like learning by doing. At first, I didn't really want to cook, I only cleaned a little and those things made me bored and angry if I had to do them. Now, I love cooking and cleaning for my little family. Sometimes it's hard to catch up with the messes that my little nugget likes to make, but it gets done.

Meet Gage!

 This is my little Gage. Born in July of 2010, he was my first belly nugget. I was soooo happy when he came into my life and so was everyone else. He has a lot of energy and a lot of attitude (possibly because mommy spoils him? Nah!) A lot of people ask where I got the name Gage from, but I don't have a very inspiring answer. I didn't get it from a family member or some beautiful piece of literature or anything like that. I gave him that name because I thought it sounded "bad ass". Simple as that. His middle name however comes from his daddy since its his middle name too and we argued over what a good middle name should be. I think it suits him just fine, though most of the time we just end up calling him Boo Boo (don't ask because I have no idea how he came to be called that!). He's my little sunshine and I would do anything for him.

Fresh New Blog!

So, my blogging history has been very....well lets just almost non-existent. I lose track of them and end up with blogs with one or two posts before they're left to rot. BUT! This one should (hopefully? possibly?) be different. My life right now is at a stand still. I'm a stay at home mommy with no other hobbies. I would love for my son to see what he was up to when he was just a little tyke and I am also starting to get into product reviews/giveaways. So those two things combined should make for an interesting blog, no? Well, hopefully. I'll try my best to appease my boredom while giving potential blog subscribers something entertaining/interesting to read.  I hope this goes well....
